SAFE KEY MANAGEMENT PROTOCOL

A Secure Key Management Protocol protects the security of cryptographic keys throughout Title IV Reg A+ - their lifecycle. This protocol implements a set of mechanisms to generate new keys, store them securely, and distribute them effectively among authorized parties. The protocol in addition handles key rotation to minimize the risk of compromise.
